Recover your account

You need access to your phone and an unused recovery code you saved earlier.

Use your 11-digit number or start with +234.

No recovery code or no access to your phone?

Automatic recovery is not available in that case. SMS alone cannot reset your password. Assisted recovery is not available yet. Do not send your password or codes to anyone.
